Summer Conference 2026 – Blacksburg, VA, July 20th – 22nd

We are excited to announce the dates and location of our summer conference. We will be going to the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute for participative discussion and interactions with their current research.

We will begin with a Welcome Reception  with light snacks and a cash bar on Monday evening July 20th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. followed by a morning session at the Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg before taking a bus to VTTI for the afternoon session on Tuesday, July 21st (7:30 – 5:00).  Wednesday our session will be back at the Inn at Virginia Tech from 7:30 to noon July 22nd.

The conference planning committee has put together another great program based on feedback from prior conferences with a focus on issues for those with a dispersed workforce with fleet vehicles of all types.
