Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center Registration for the event is separate. The actual event is July 20th to 22nd.
Our Summer Conference takes place Monday, July 20th with a welcome reception followed by sessions at the Inn at Virginia Tech Tuesday morning, sessions at Virginia Tech Transportation Institute on Tuesday afternoon, and sessions back at the Inn at Virginia Tech on Wednesday morning until noon.
There will be multiple opportunities to interact with the attendees. Sponsorship does not include registration for the event.
By sponsoring early, your information will be included in all communications to our members and our roster up to and for a month after the conference as well as being on our website.
